Alnwick Dolphins

We are a competitive amateur swimming club, run on a voluntary basis whose aim is to achieve the full potential for all its swimmers. The club currently has the following squads:

- Teaching

- Club Squads A & B

- Bagcat A & B Squads

- Open Squad

 

Alnwick Dolphins swim in the purpose built six-lane deck level pool at the Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre in Alnwick. The Club is Swim 21 accredited, forward thinking but at the same time friendly. Our youngest swimmers are around seven to eight years of age and range up to adults of all ages. We believe we bring out the best in all of our swimmers and because the club is run on a voluntary basis the cost of membership remains low.

 

In valuing the voluntary contribution of all those who help out with the activities of the club Alnwick Dolphins pays for teaching courses for its poolside helpers to facilitate progression of their knowledge and capability in coaching.
